Your personal vocabulary keeps useful terms and optional target translations in the AI Assistant. Add entries yourself, import a CSV file, or enable AI Keyword Learning to build the list as you use supported translation tasks.
1. Open personal vocabulary #
Go to Personal Center → AI Assistant, or open the AI Assistant from the translation screen. If the Personal and Organization tabs are visible, choose Personal. Your personal vocabulary appears in the Keywords area.

2. Filter manually and automatically added terms #
- All shows your personal terms together.
- Manually-added shows terms you added yourself.
- Automatically-added shows terms learned by AI. A star identifies automatically added terms.
These tabs filter the list you are viewing. To add a keyword, click the + button in the upper-right corner of the Keywords area.

3. Add or edit personal vocabulary #
- Click the + button in the upper-right corner of the Keywords area to open Add Keywords.
- Enter a keyword. Add a target word when you want to specify its translation.
- Save the entry and check that it appears in the list.
For example: subscription = suscripción, renewal = renovación, invoice = factura, and free trial = prueba gratuita. Use the pencil beside an existing term to edit it, or the × control to remove it.

4. Import a CSV vocabulary list #
Open Add Keywords and download its CSV template. Fill in your terms using that template, upload the CSV, and review the recognized entries and any row errors before saving. Use the character counter in the app to check the available space; the personal keyword field supports up to 2,000 characters.

5. Manage AI Keyword Learning #
The AI Keyword Learning switch is at the bottom of the Keywords area. Turn it on to allow automatic keyword learning in supported tasks. Turning it off stops automatic keyword learning; it is separate from using your existing saved vocabulary and from AI Personalization.
The same AI Keyword Learning switch is available in the settings panel under Advanced settings, separate from AI Personalization.

During a supported translation task, the AI Assistant can display Learning…. This is a learning status; open the keyword list to review the terms that have been added.

AI can identify terms in the conversation and add them to your personal vocabulary. In the screenshot below, Redis, SRE, and Geo have been added automatically. Their star icons distinguish them from manually added entries.

When an automatically added term appears in a notification, choose Edit to correct it or Undo to undo that addition. You can also review learned entries later under Automatically-added. Notification presentation can differ between desktop and mobile.
6. Apply your personal vocabulary changes #
Prepare your vocabulary before starting translation. During a running task with an AI Assistant-supported model, ordinary personal keyword and Context editing is locked. Pause the task before making those changes, then resume. The automatic-addition notification has its own Edit and Undo controls; after saving an edit there, pause and resume to apply the updated keyword.
Saved vocabulary is not a promise that every term will appear in every translation. Use an AI-marked model that supports the AI Assistant, and check that the relevant knowledge base is enabled.

Personal vocabulary and personalized memory #
Vocabulary stores terms and target translations. Personalized memory summarizes background and preferences in the card below Context. Its AI Personalization and Add to Context settings are managed separately.
To manage personal vocabulary in your browser, open the Transync AI web app and sign in. Review the saved list in the AI Assistant before starting your next translation task.
