Meeting Audio Setup Checklist #
Choose your operating system and meeting translation goals. The checklist will show two configurations: what to set in Transync AI, and what to set in your meeting app.

Select at least one translation goal to generate the recommended setup.
You selected two-way voice playback. If Transync AI only has one shared output device, the other speaker’s translated audio may be sent back into the meeting, or the other side may not hear your translated audio. Prefer one playback direction and use subtitles for the other direction.
On Mac, do not rely only on “Default Microphone”. Prefer a clearly named real microphone or Transync AI virtual microphone.
