1. Prepare before you translate

Before you translate, set up important terms, preferred translations, and meeting background in the AI Assistant.

2. Open AI Assistant

Click the brain icon at the top right. If you see Personal and Organization tabs, choose Personal. Check that the knowledge base is enabled.

3. Add a keyword

Click plus in the Keywords area. Choose Hot word, enter a product name or technical term, then click Add. Check that the new tag appears.

4. Specify a translation

For a preferred translation, click plus again and choose Word plus target. Enter the original term and its translation, then click Add. Check the paired tag.

5. Import a CSV

For several terms, download the CSV template from this dialog. Enter keywords, with optional target translations. Choose Upload CSV, review the recognized entries and any row errors, then click Add.

6. Add meeting context

In Context, describe your role, industry, and meeting topic. Keep short terms in Keywords and longer background here. Personal keywords allow two thousand characters; Context has a separate eight hundred character limit.

7. Add terms for the next meeting

Choose a model that supports AI Assistant, then start translation. Pausing does not let you add keywords. End the current meeting first. Then open AI Assistant, click plus, enter your new keyword, and click Add. These settings are for the next meeting. Close the panel and start a new translation task.
