Usage note: One-way and Two-way Translation are counted at the standard rate. Multilingual Translation starts from 3 languages at 2x usage, and each additional language adds 1x usage, up to 10 languages at 9x usage.

Enterprise members must subscribe to a membership. Once the 40 hours included in the monthly membership are exhausted, the system will automatically switch to pay-as-you-go billing.

Enterprise discount rules
When an organization’s total spending for the current year reaches a specific threshold, a corresponding discount will be applied to all subsequent membership subscriptions and pay-as-you-go charges. To ensure you continue to enjoy these preferential rates, the discount level for the second year will only decrease by one tier.

Example: Company A creates its organization on May 1, 2026, so its first discount year runs from May 1, 2026 to May 1, 2027. By January 25, 2027, it has recharged and spent $1,000, unlocking a 2% discount for subsequent charges. If the next month’s membership renewal is normally $250, the actual charge becomes $250 × 98% = $245, bringing that year’s total spend to $1,245. By May 1, 2027, its cumulative spend for the annual cycle reaches $5,200 (reaching the 8% discount tier). In the next annual cycle, the annual spending counter starts from the previous threshold (counted as $3,000 already spent), and membership subscriptions and pay-as-you-go charges receive a 5% discount.

Immediate Voice Data Deletion
All audio is immediately deleted after processing and never stored; the raw audio is unrecoverable, eliminating any risk of voice-data exposure. Only processed text is retained for translation or meeting summaries, You can delete this text at any time, and it remains fully encrypted under strict access control.

No Use for AI Training
Transync AI guarantees that user data is never used for AI model training—including internal optimization, commercial training, or third-party model updates—unless the user explicitly opts in; your data will never be used for training by default.
