Starting from this version, the Enterprise Edition is officially available to all users, enabling teams and organizations to collaborate more efficiently with centralized management, billing, and enterprise-grade translation capabilities.

Enterprise Edition is now available
With v1.8.0, users can create organizations directly from the User Center. Organizations support centralized credit and usage management, providing a structured foundation for team collaboration and enterprise-level adoption of Transync AI.
Organization and Member Management
Organization owners can invite members, manage subscription status, and control access at the organization level. Billing and payments are handled centrally, simplifying management and reducing operational overhead for teams.
Billing, Invoices, and Usage Visibility
Organizations can now access complete billing records, invoices, and detailed translation consumption logs. Usage data is clearly structured and traceable, making it easier for teams to monitor costs, review usage, and manage translation budgets effectively.
Data Security and Privacy Compliance
Enterprise Edition is designed with data security and privacy protection as core principles. Translation data is processed in accordance with strict security standards, and organizational data is isolated at the organization level. Transync AI does not use enterprise customer data for model training, ensuring that sensitive content remains private and under the organization’s control.
Unified Organizational Knowledge Base
Enterprise Edition supports a unified organization-level knowledge base, including terminology and contextual rules. Once configured, these settings are automatically applied to all members’ translation tasks, significantly improving consistency and accuracy in professional and domain-specific scenarios.
